messages get stuck in the message application -- "Message editor already in use"

On my Nokia 85 I encounter this error. It seems to be happening more frequently and is incredibly frustrating When i write a text and press to send i get an error saying "Message editor already in use" and drops me back to the message. Repeated attempts to send the message play the sending sound but dump me back to the message. Saving to drafts and then reopening results in the message body disappearing. Device: Nokia N85 Firmware: 11.047.53.1 Repro: Normal use of sending messages to contacts via Message application Frequency: From time to time. Does not happen every message Extremely frustrating.

Yup, used to happen to me to. Because of it, i had to uninstall it.
I used to face this problem with the old version on my N73 too!

My N85 has the same issue. Just uninstalled the Conversation application, hopefully this will fix it. I found my drafts folder filling up because I would use the green call button to send the message, assume it sent, and press the red hang up button and lock the phone. These unsent messages, due to the error, were just being dumped in my drafts! :'(

I installed conversation in both phones and error is exactly as described.

I realized that the problem is that the conversation program doesn't close and "steals" the message editor hence the error. I've tested with both phones and if I never open conversation or access contacts list (since conversation is in the tab next contacts) I can use the phones without error. When I open conversation all goes AWOL.
