I really need help on this. I have the newest firmware installed on my E72: 051.018 but I cant get this app to work.
It always shows this error when I've already installed software S60_3.2 ---> Contacts: Feature not Supported.
Any tips on how to make it work?

Nokia blocked the app from running several firmware versions ago. It is one of the reasons I went back to E71. When I had an E72, after a firmware update I had no call log.
I hope they "un-block" this app soon in a firmware update. It is quite unfair of them considering I had so issues with Conversation on my E72.
Conversation used to work with E72 firmware 23.002 and I think 31.023 (can't remember for sure though).
Unfortunately, it doesn't work anymore with the latest firmware 051.018. :(
It shows the "Contacts not supported" error.

This presumes that you've already installed Conversation successfully on your E72, but attempting to run it shows the "feature not supported" error.

I discovered there's still a tiny functionality of Conversation that can be accessed. (I accidentally tried it and it worked).
Here's how:
a) normally you open Conversation either by going to the "Apps" menu or going to "Contacts" and then press left cursor to bring a drop-down menu of Contacts, then choose "Conversation". <-- as we know, these 2 methods of opening Conversation doesn't work anymore, and shows the "Contacts: feature not supported" error.
b) you can also select one of your contacts name, then press the left soft key (Options) and there's a menu command to "Open Conversation" -- this will open the Conversation threaded SMS view for that specific contact. <-- thankfully, this still works!
Now that you're in the Conversation threaded SMS view, you can use the left/right cursor keys to move to next contact's SMS thread or go into that specific contact's SMS thread.
But there's still some bug though. You can't exit this Conversation SMS thread view by pressing the Right soft key (Exit button). It will show the "contacts feature not supported" error message. Ok, so there's no easy way to enter Conversation, and there's no easy way to exit from Conversation. But, there's a way, which is to use your Left soft key again (Options), and then choose Exit command. This will let you go back to your Home screen/Apps menu.
Not exactly easy to use, but at least part of the original Conversation functionality is still intact there.
