For the Macs Nokia provide only synchronization tools (calendar, photos, ...).
How can I installapplications like the "calculator" ? Is there a "manual" procedure ?
Thanks

An alternative way of installing Java apps on mobile:
You should be able copy both files (.jar and .jad) to your devices memory card (to the same directory), and use File manager on the device to start either of those files.
Another good way if your Mac ha bluetooth is to bluetooth them to the phone. They show up as an incoming text message and can be installed by opening them in your inbox.
I got it installed using my phone alone, surfed with the phone browser to this site and clicked on the smaller file... I know that the other one works too as an insteller.. I'm not sure if you actualle NEED the both files.
Hi everyone!
I recently purchased a E 71 Nokia (s60) and since the firmware isn't up-to-date,I wanted to update it with Parallels (Win XP virtualization solution) and the ad-hoc software but it always keep losing the USB connection with phone... It's terribly annoying...
Isn't it a way to perform the update directly from the Mac?
Greeting and thanks,
Nicolas
Take a look at this posting:

Certainly would be nicer if there were simply a Nokia "Mac" Suite available, but there seem to be large structural obstacles in the way of that obvious development.
Best of luck.
