I live in Italy near Piacenza (70km south of Milan).
Here and now shows the meteo page but clicking on it opens a new web page (asking for connection again) but meteo cannot be show due to technical issues.
Same as on the second page (events, I suppose, there's a world picture).
I've got a N85.
Sounds like server down, but it was working when I tried a minute ago. Could you please try again and see if it happens again? Thanks!

I'm from Italy too, and Here and Now cannot locate me as well. When the "application" opens, it shows a big question mark and a world background, I'm quite it means that it can't find my current position based on my cell ID.
This the related part of the FAQs:
"How is my location defined when using Here and now?
Your location information is based on Cell ID positioning, that is, the cellular network recognises the location of your device. GPS is not used to define your location. The location information of your device is only used to display relevant content to you and it is not saved or used for other purposes."

I believe the glamorous Nokia N95 is not currently supported mate.
From my understanding i think currently only Feature pack 2 phones are supported.

the 5800 is S60 5th edition so could be the same issue there.

same goes for here in california. Silicon valley actually using n85. The world picture shows with question mark then link says can not provide info due to technical issuses.

We currently support S60 3.2 devices only, so unfortunately the N95 8GB and 5800 are not supported. We are studying the possibility of a backport to 3.1, but no promises yet.
@micdabe: Thanks for trying again, glad to hear that you got the Weather shown eventually. We have had some server trouble, but have fixed several things since the release last week. For events it might be that we do not have the data for your location yet. I'll send a query to the data provider.
