It seems that all new releases are not compatible with the Nokia 5800, is this something that we should expect to change... or are we stuck with lower level apps
The 5800 is a great smartphone but if the majority of the high end / cool apps are not compatible with this phone it just makes it a phone
Dev teams will start developing for a specific OS and go from there. They have been developing for S60 3.2 and then creating downgraded versions for S60 3.1 due to popular demand. As more people have S60 5th Ed phone this will progress.
I am eagerly awaiting this as I have now moved over to my new N97 (5th Ed) phone and want to be able to use the excellent applications I have been using on my old N95 8Gb.

Maps 3 has already absorbed somethng very similar on the local weather side.
Just missing the events side.
