I think it sould be in the same format and the same separator that is used in the phone settings.

Also agree with the phone setting suggestion.
I do agree but realized its server based time since its using the web browser.
I thought even at this, but pass the parameters to the query for how it has to be the format of the hour or of the date it has not to be a big problem
