Hi,
Sorry not sure what you exactly meant but tried to answer,
1. If mobile web server is offline, then it is not accessible so no data is showed (only offline page and RSS info coming from mymobilesite.net), it could be possible to build such a hybrid page method to maintain some info in other service, like OVI calendar if Mobile Web Server is offline
2. If your phone has no SIM card and is due that offline, Wi-Fi connectivity can still work, so your mobilesite data can be accessible too.
