it runs pretty good on my device. maybe it needs a few more tuning options designwise. unfortunately it didnt really update location & status on my facebook widget. i tried it many many times. that would be perfect and could make it a 5 star app.

The facebook app runs very fine. It updates my status correct! How long ist your status sentence? Would it be too long? Wich version do you use? Version 1.5.1 or a less version? If so, upgrade to version 1.5.1 and try again. For personal interest: which device do you use? On my N81 8GB runs version 1.5.1 very fine and all functions are good.

As hindermath says , it should work OK , we just updted aplication so that also with IE it shows info as it planned, just please try once more , if problems persist give us detailled feedback so well try to reproduce.
