No Flash as a rule. Please don't use Flash on your website, it doesn't matter whether your devices have flash support or you have strategic agreement with adobe which we are still waiting to see the results.
Nokia website use of flash is the most annoying use of flash I have seen, scrolling phone selection etc. Just try it on a netbook!
another issue with flash is, it simply doesn't exist for ipad/phone which are the true consumer potentials for future of Nokia.
