File names with accents

Hi,

Something goes wrong when a file name contains accents (á, é, ó...). The conversion using the PC application gets the names wrong, both in the awb files and the index. Afterwards, the player stops when it arrives at one such file, and asks for a new book to be selected.

Adding to the last post, sometimes the PC application will refuse to go on when processing files with accents.
