How does the browser die?

No error message, no nothing. Just stops.
It's a bit difficult to troubleshoot, since this isn't originally my report, but a colleague's.
When you say "stops", do you mean freezes, or the progress bar stops or crashes out?

From what I could tell of the email, the progress bar stops. I'll try to ask for more info on the person in question.
