Moderator moved from Nokia Beta Labs/Reviews/when did nokia become so complex?!

Why does Nokia need to have Ovi and PC Suite and Comes with Music and so many others? And why do the phones need to have PC Suite mode and Connect to Internet mode and mass storage mode and media transfer mode? It's all very confusing. Nokia used to be simple. Maybe you should figure out a way to bring everything into one? I'd like to plug my phone into my laptop and have a screen pop up asking me what I'd like to do. Anything to guide me through what's become an increasingly complicated process would be good!

This was a one-star review for Beta Labs, I changed this to a discussion so we would both look less bad.

This wasn't really a review about Nokia Beta Labs, but about Nokia in general. I'm sorry, but we in Beta Labs are really just one team.

But I do hear your pain. It is a bit complicated with all that. But Ovi suite is a good example of bringing many applications together. The idea IS actually to replace multiple different software, e.g. PC suite, Map Loader, Software updater etc. I'm not saying it's already perfect, but I'm trying to say that yes, this problem has been seen here and it is being worked on :) Thank you for the feedback though! Now, go ahead and check out the latest Ovi Suite 2.1 Beta and give them your feedback - what would you do to make it perfect.
