CONFIRMED: Missing/wrong texts in ContactBot etc. with Symbian Anna

I have a contactbot widget on my homescreen and it switches between Work, Home and general just fine. The only problem is that the second name doesn't change anymore since I've updated to Anna.

The image is correct, clicking on the image gives the right contact, but the name isn't correct and stays the same.

I've tried rebooting and reïnstalling the app, but that doesn't help.

Just a guess, if you not already done that. It MIGHT do a difference if you uninstalled, rebooted and installed. And not 'just' reinstalled.

In my case the names have vanished. Uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled and rebooted but no luck.

In Symbian Anna, some changes have been made to homescreen. As a result, Nokia Bots' Symbian^3 compatible widgets do not fully work anymore. For example, some texts are not properly updated to screen (the features still work, though).

We might get an update of Nokia Bots for Symbian Anna, but I cannot give any estimate when, since the team is now working with something else.

Since the recent "Anna" Update, my N8 Contact bot no longer displays names under the contacts picture. It's just the picture and the small field for the name, but that stays blank. In some rare occurences it showed a wrong name (from another contact).

How do you guys break everything with every update?

Contact Bot seems to have stopped working since I upgraded to Anna (N8-00) at the weekend. Contact icons are there, but with no names/numbers assiciated.

Try an uninstall of Nokia Bots, reboot and reinstall Nokia Bots

I m having the same problem...
I tried the uninstall and re install method, but still the widget is unstable and act crazy..

Plz release an updated version that have full Symbian ANNA Support and less Buggz...

Omistan E7:n vimosella Anna-päivityksellä. Contact-bot näyttää kyllä kuvat mutta esim. Yksi kontakti näyttää ystäväni kuvan ja nimen, kuitenkin aukaistessani sen on takana aivan eri kontakti. Ja nimet näkyvä vai sillon tällöin eikä jokaisella henkilöllä.

been using bots for a while now and Anna did break it somewhat.thing is, since updating Nokia sleeping screen, my alarm bot now works properly again!I don't know why it works, but i'm not complaining! now I can see what time it want s me to get up ;-)
