Note: Nokia Easy Meet beta trial adjourned, action points taken
In practice this means the trial is closed and any additional feedback won't be actively monitored nor responded too. Stay tuned for news about a new trial!
In the meantime you can continue using the service "as is".
Known issues
1) Nokia does not provide a voice conference bridge service with Nokia Easy Meet. If you have your own voice conference bridge, you can enter your details (bridge number, conference id and/or pin) and use it to voice conference with Nokia Easy Meet.
2) We strongly suggest you have an unlimited cellular data plan if you are going to use Nokia Easy Meet on your mobile device. However, you always have the option of using Wi-Fi.
3) Nokia Easy Meet is a web-based service and works on all devices with S60 3.2 edition and above. So far, we have tested it thoroughly on the following devices– E75/E71/E61/E61i/E66/E90/N810/N800/N95/N96/N97. Nokia Easy Meet also works on many non-Nokia devices; however, testing is more limited on these devices. Please let us know if you have any difficulties with a specific device.
4) To have the best experience with Nokia Easy Meet, use a 3G network or WiFi. You can use a 2.5G network, however, the service will respond more slowly and you will not be able to use voice and data simultaneously.
5) The first time you use the service it may take up to half a minute to fully load the conference page on your device. This slow start should only happen the first time as long as you don’t clear the cache on your device. We are constantly working to optimize the service and users can expect continuous improvements over time.
6) The Nokia Easy Meet widget found at http://easymeet.nokia.com currently works only on S60 FP1/2 devices (e.g., E71/E90/E75/N95/N96).
7) Please keep in mind any content you share during the conference may be downloaded by your conference participants unless you explicitly delete the conference or delete the file from the conference.
