Integrate a wiki server that would allow meeting participants simultaneously to edit a wiki page.
That would allow real collaboration instead of just one-presents-others-sleep type of meetings.
If a wiki page would be connected to a recurring meeting even between the meetings it would enable the participants to contribute between meetings in a very easy way. Just click the meeting link in your browser. Then click the wiki page name from the file list and start editing.
