I have been trying to use Nokia Image Exchange on a Nokia N78 with firmware v12.046. The app installed easily, but it would not recognise any new photos. The app was not working, so I decided to uninstall it. It was then that I realised that almost all of my installed applications on my phone were 'hidden' (they were showing as installed in the app manager, but there was no way to start them - the icons had disappeared in the menus). Furthermore, when I open the default Photos application, the photographs look very blurry when you open them for a few seconds, before they sharpen. I have never had this problem before with the photos app. I still haven't managed to get my phone back in working order, and I can only assume Nokia Image Exchange may have had a part to play in this.
