Recently I formatted my memory card and now I can only see black squares at the places where my pictures have been. The ones in my phone memory are still visible. I have two questions:
1. Is it possible to download back my pictures from the online album?
2. Is it possible to remove the black squares from the search view and not see black screen while browsing the available pictures?

1. Unhappy we can't. They have a download content page for this but it never works. If you click to download your content.. You can wait and wait but never starts.
2. You can remove it pressing the delete button as if you had a photo there. Is weird, but it's true. The problem is that I just discovered this after reinstall Img Exchange several times and format my E51 to fix the problem...
