This is fast, great keyboard shortcuts, so polished. If I would be able to send images via MMS/e-mail from this app, I would never use Gallery again.
A small minus from "non-S60" look and feel. Don't get me wrong, it looks good, but I prefer consistent look over the entire UI. The font is a bit small on smaller screen phones.

As a small detail, MMS sending should be possible via Share... -> Send -> MMS.

MMS is controlled via its settings. Bluetooth issue seems to be our bug (thanks for noticing), and is now added to our list of what is to be fixed. We'll check if this affects MMS messages as well.
