2 stars becuse of the great work thats on gone into developing it, however i have insalled 3 times on my V30 N95 8gb, have tried re-starting, closing all other applications and using both wifi and 3g connections, but it can never find the server to register me and upload photos!
Help - I love the look of this app but just want it to work!
Unfortunately we've had some problems with our registration and it can take a while before we get all of the problem cases sorted out.
What you can do is to check these things:
1. Check your country and operator here and if "Full Coverage" column says "yes":

If "Full Coverage" says "yes" then we should be able to receive the registration SMS.
2. Check that the data connection that you have selected to use with Image Exchange is actually working.
Try for example to browse some web-site using the same data connection.
3. If your data connection is not working and you think it should, it sometimes helps to reboot the phone first.
4. Sometimes the delivery of the registration SMS can take a long time.
It you have the patience, it may pay off to try to wait for the registration to happen even a few minutes without closing the Image Exchange application.
We are very sorry about the inconvenience, but hope to get this working better in the future.

You should be able to retain your old user name and account by just enabling the online features again. Your account is tied to your phone number and we will recognize your old phone number when a new message is sent. So you will not get a new account, instead we connect you to your old account automatically as long as you still have the same phone number.
