If I well understood, the installation of QT is on C and not in E evenif you choosed E?
I installed it but I did not verify where it was really installed. After a restart of the phone it caused me a crash of the phone and I had to make an hard reset. Now I have not installed it.

You can tell QT to install to E:, but this is just installing/extracting the installer, which then installs the application to C: no matter which drive the installer installs/extracts to.
The installer weighs in at 10MB and the QT application is a further 8MB with it's supporting files, which also install to C: add up to a further c.2MB.
NOT GOOD FOR N97.

I was looking forward to trying this one out but sadly i cannot afford to give up any more space on C: on my N97 :-(
Yes, another Nokia failure for N97 users. Software forced to install to C is a bad thing for us, because there's simply not enough space to handle this - specially considering that the device configuration isn't optimised enough to provide decent space, but the footprint for Qt is between 8-11MB. This is just way too much of a space hog for me to even consider testing this application in-depth.
