With 2.0, intallation destination cannot be chosen. java apps and game are all installed to phone memory. This is a big issue since the phone memory is very limited. it will be nice if this can be corrected along with the memrory issue

This is not correct, you can change the installation destination by clicking the "View details" link in the installation view. The default is the device memory.

There is a lot of discussion ongoing around this issue. It can very well be that the default installation drive is going to be something else than phone memory (e.g. internal drive or memory card) by the time we get out of Beta. But this remains to be seen.

For now, please use the "View details" to change installation drive if needed.
