Doesn't focus on 6210 Navigator

6210 Navigator (RM-367)
Firmware: 04.13.103.04

The application loads and installs, but doesn't focus. When I try to take a picture, the application crashes.
Besides, the application runs very slowly.

I second this statement. I moved the camera further away and closer to the target image and the phone didn't attempt to put the image into focus.
