I installed the Chat version 2.0.20 through the Ovi Store on my nokia E71. I try logging in on any Community, Google Talk or Msn Messenger, I accept the terms of Use, but then it says I need a subscription, and says to go to messaging.nokia.com, so I go on there, but I cannot find any place that says this, Anyway I can fix this?
While you should be able to start chatting with Ovi Chat on your Nokia E71, the availability of the Yahoo! Messenger, Google Talk and Windows Live Messenger communities depends on your mobile operator and may require an subscription to a Nokia messaging plan from your operator. Suggest you contact your wireless carrier to see what type of Nokia Messaging plan they offer. You can set up an Ovi Chat account through the Chat Client on your Phone.
So the IM services arent free??? I'm using a nokia c5 anto it's suppose to be vail till 2015...pfff
i have nokia chat installed in my E71, but when i am logging in to gtalk it is shwing a mess tha "nokia messiging subscription is not active. But when i am loging to the site of nokia messaging it is active there....Pls Help
