I am located in Portugal
My firmware is : v31.0.101
I own a Nokia 5800 XM with the latest firmware installed.
I went to email.nokia.com in my PC web browser and tried to get the SMS but it was never sent.
Then i went to the same site with my phone and installed the software, i open it, it asks permission to use data connection, i give it and it goes back to the menu.
I've tried a lot of situations, but didn't manage to get it to work. please help me
