This happened when I was installing it on an E71 and now a 5800 (NAM, v20).

After receiving the provisioning SMS, the application tries to detect the settings using Rogers MMS (Multimedia Messaging) access point: media.com.

Because of this, the email cannot be setup correctly.

As an interim fix, by deleting the MMS access point, the application will then use the internet.com access point and successfully install but obviously this will need to be rectified.

As others have mentioned in another thread, setting the 'Internet' destination as the default connection doesn't remedy the issue either.
