When I try to install this, I get Installation failed; Due to an unknown error the installation failed. Error code 2148532241.

Hi there, this is indeed not normal operation. Have you tried restarting your N97? Also you might try and re-download the client. If none of this succeeds, let me know and I'll dig into it further.

I am facing the same issue...tried many times but not able to install Social on my N8...always says update failed or manually installing says "update error".........PLEASE SOMEBODY HEEEELP !!
