I tested Nokia Messaging (which is completely useless) and i tested Nokia Social Messaging BETA which is (currently) useless. To use facebook i use the N97 widget or their website which is optimized for mobile devices. I don't need an app for that (eeeek, thats the reason, Nokia wants to steal Apples ad phrase :) which additionally shows a large menu.
I guess this should be integrated into Nokia Messaging (already graduated) but why should i pay for a service which is normally free? If i want to use Jabber protocoll i can use many different and free apps out there. If i want to use facebook, myspace, lokalisten, twitter, etc. i can use many different and free apps out there - or the web browser.
I don't say this is completely useless but currently it is (with only facebook supported) but if Nokia Messaging stops the free test and this gets integrated into it, most users won't use it anymore. I would suggest stop developing this and help the guys at Ovi Contacts.
