How to retrive lost password, or delete account when you can't log on?

Hello,

I was using this, and it worked great, then quit.

So I figured I'd reinstall everything, and well, then I couldn't log on to
the website!

It says I have the wrong password (which I may have forgotten it!), but when
I use the "Forgot Password" link, I put in my email, and it says it can't
find it! Then I try to register all over again, and it says that I'm already
registered, so I need to log in!

So basically, I want to know how to retreive my password (using the link
does NOT work, as it says my email is not registered), OR just know how to
delete my account and start over again.

If I try installing the software from my phone, it just sets up the normal
Nokia email on the phone,
not this new push software.

Did you use it with more than one enail account?

If so you need to try retrieving via all emails you had linked as the username is the first email account you set-up on your email.nokia.com account. All later email accounts still use this original email address as the username.
