Any help for the following would be much appreciated.
I recently got a new contract with O2 with a Nokia N95 and as part of the deal i got a FREE years subscription with Comes With Music from Nokia.I registered and to double check everything, i called Nokia Care to make sure evrything was in order and that i did indeed get a FREE 1 YEAR offer and they confirmed this to be so.
I have downloaded a few tracks and all was going well but now when trying to download it's telling me i have an error so when i click on this,it tells me i am out of credits for downloading and if i want more, i have to buy more with a credit card. How can this be so if it's a free year?
I have gone over and over the paperwork and thier internet page and NOWHERE is there any reference to a limit on how much you can download. Is there actually a limit on a daily download limit or weekly lmit. If i have overlooked something with them i am sorry to trouble you but i can't get hold of them as they are closed and would like some advice asap if that's ok.
this has happened for the past couple of nights and being a bit of a fool i thought it was some technical problems but i now see this is not so. So can anyone please help ?
