It will be nice to add functionality to notify when call is established. I think that something like this exist on Android. For instance if I call somebody and phone is ringing, I do not want to hold phone all the time on my ear and wait that somebody answer. I would like to hold in a hand and when connection is established (other side pick up) than my phone notify me with vibration.
