Incorrect display of modified photo

I've found another bug in your application.
I visualize a photo in NPB and i find that it is not stright, not in the right orientation.
So i proceed to rotate it with modify tool on my phone.
After that i come back to NPB and i see my photo distorted, like not recognizing the right size of width and height.

My Phone is Nokia 5800 with last Fw version (21.0.025)

Thanks, we haven't seen this problem. Is it so that the picture is stretched in a wrong way but still recognizable? Or has it become completely corrupted?

Nono, the photo is "only" wrong streched, but still recognizable and affect thumbnail and nomal/zoomed size.

Thanks for the clarification. I tried but couldn't reproduce the problem. NPB should correctly display the image in the new orientation unless the modify tool you have used does something unusual. As far as I know there are only two ways to rotate a jpeg file: moving the actual pixel data or modifying the orientation field in the header.

In the latest update, we have implemented the image rotation. Our recommendation is to just use it. We will anyway remember it happened for the future it may come back.

No, the exact sequence was:
View not modified photo with NPB, then exit NPB and enter normal gallery, then modify the photo rotating it. Save it with sobstitution. Then re-enter NPB and the image, thumbnail & photo is streched.

Now I tried with the last version of NPB and it is not affected by the problem, so it is solved.

Now I've rotated a photo with normal gallery and NPB has recognised the modified photo, rotating it.
I've re-rotated the photo by NPB, and work phine, but the image remain non rotated in normal image gallery. I think the problem is about pixel-moving/orientation filed modification.

That is the right behavior. NPB doesn't rotate the original file. It just keeps this information in the database.

where can i delete the information/thumbnails stored by NPB so they will be re-indexed again?

Thumbs locate in _PAlbTN sub directories. Need to use e.g. Y-browser to see those hidden directories or use PC.
