the shortcuts on the e71 require the user to press the fn key first...
for example, for me to zoom in on a picture, i'm required to press fn, than press '*' (also the 'u' key on the e71)... than for me to zoom OUT, i'm required to press the fn key, than press '#' (also the 'j' key on the e71)....
ALSO... the application requires a HELP menu option... to let you know how to use the application and what the shortcuts are (for those of us that that don't intuitively KNOW what the shortcuts are or how to use the app :P )
