Suggestion for Nokia Photo Browser

Why the thumbnails of NPB are not the same of the gallery? it will be faster use them because they are already created and there will not dupliclates and it will save the space on the memory. I had more or less 40 Mb free on my memory card before the installation of NPB, after 1.1 whit an errore message because the phone was full.
I do not know if it was better made this as bug and not as suggestion.

I think standard gallery thumbnail sizes, locations etc. depend on product & sw version, so the implementation would be quite complex.

You've guessed it right, jussi. We've thought about it and decided not to do it since the thumbanil size and name are very product specific. Besides, we're using OpenGL, which requires certain image resolution as well as aspect ratio. That means using existing thumbnail will require a deal of scaling process.
