With Nokia's acquisition of bit-side ( http://www.unwiredview.com/2009/01/27/nokia-buys-bit-side-gmbh-promises-... )

Does anyone know what this will do to PanoMan? I'd like to use the application but is it dumb to buy it off bit-side's website if Nokia is going to absorb the application into its services division? Plus the application hasn't been updated in over a year (Dec 07).

Does anybody have any insight into this acquisition, application or answer any of my questions
