I want to tell you all, that I'm update my C7-00 from Symbian Anna to Nokia Belle with this program. Works fine and perfect on my Mac OS X Lion. Thanx for this great program and let it out of the beta labs for live in the wild ;-).

You can update via NSU, just need a little workaround;
I suppose your NSU version is 3.0.626, this won't update. You need to remove your current version, download and install v3.0.348 (link: http://nds2.betalabs.nokia.com/NokiaSoftwareUpdater/NokiaSoftwareUpdater...).
After this connect your phone, this should do the job.

be sure you backup your files, a few users lost them after update and had no backup. I suggest iSync for contacs and iPhoto for media
(as I heard, Lion don't have iSync anymore, if that's the case try ovi sync)
No, this review is a lie because it is about and reflects upon the *current* version, which in fact does not support upgrading to Belle. This review needs to be removed because it is untrue.

This review is a lie. And I mean no offense to the OP, truly. Could be he is running the older version and is unaware that the software has since been broken.
