I tried to update firmware on my E52 device using Windows 7 Ultimate.
1. I had to install the software using administrative privileges (requirement of UAC), so the software was installed but the shortcuts were not created. I guess they were only created for the Administrator account under that it was installed.
2. When I run the program after finding it in the Program files, the window size is bigger than my screen's width. Try check the screen resolution and resizing. The program doesn't really need so much screen space anyway.
