There is some bug in NSU 3.0. Device application updates are not working with Symbian Anna.
Test: Nokia N8
Update from FW 014.0.02 to 022.0.14 -success!
Additional Update for Symbian Anna with Nokia Social -unavalable.
NSU just offer reinstall Symbian Anna.

HAve you checked on NSU on device?
After Anna install I received two updates via on device Software Update. 2-part Anna update, adding Internet Radio app and a separate Social update. Must warn you that the Social update was buggy. Would no let go of the data connection after use. Have to reboot phone to get Social to let go.

Yes. I've checked updates via NSU on device.
I got two updates too. And I got thats updates via Ovi Suite.
Successfully install it to my N8.
But I'm little upset with this issue with NSU 3.0
