Updated to the newest Ovi-Suite (3.1.0.91), whenever it tried to update the Device Software of my Nokia N97 mini (RM553), Ovi-Suite would either say "No Sim Card" or "Error 12017" at which point the downloaded update would not install to my device.
NSU Updated right away, with no drama's. Now running the latest System Software (30.0.004)
