1. My problem was my phone was restarting so i decided to take a software update, after update it started asking me for phone lock code, 12345 didn't worked. It needed old password which i had set years back
I had to then go the nearest shop and get it unlocked by paying Rs 250/-
2. software updater automatically restarts on PC and there is no option in the interface to stop invoking on startup. Why didn't Nokia use its common sense. I am not going to update my phone software every day
now everyday i need to exit the program once my computer gets started :(
i uninstalled it
