The product work for me but it doesn`t change anything more than other Nokia Softwares or the cell phone can do by himself.
I was so upset with the market rules, branded models.
My provider is Claro, and I think that a Full Hardware Reset or a option to install the default (nokia) firmware is a customer right.
Today we can find a lot of "how to change your firmware" to all the Brands with a google search...
But what we want is the last software provided to all of the world at same time, by the Producer.
Nokia website says that is available a software version 14.002 for my N8, but it isn`t available trough this Software or Nokia Ovi Suite.
For awhile, I`m still here waiting for Symbian Anna... using the current installed firmware version 013.016
