Sports Tracker v20.6 is due to hit in the next few days. Thsis will re-incorporate a step counter into it again. This dies not answr you question, but may be of use.

This is due to an incompatibility issue between Sports Tracker v2 and the Step Counter. You couldn't update to Sports Tracker 2 without uninstalling Step Counter. Otherwise, you would receive the same "Update Error" error.
So i guess that is the issue. New version of Step Counter should resolve the issue.
NST 2.06 releases in the next few days including a step counter again.

but I installed Step Counter just after installing 2.05 I think.... and it's working perfectly now w/ 2.06 which I installed when already having step counter installed & running.
using a N95-3, 20.2.011, though
I do not see any feature in Sports Tracker 2.06 which does function of step counter.
Can anyone clarify?

There are two versions of some of the insatllation files for version 2.06. The ones with "STEP" in the title have the Step Counter the ones without don't.
