Connection resets to "Always ask" after reboot

Selecting Settings->Connection->Network Connection works as it should, but only until the device reboot. Once reboot, this setting is "forgotten", and reset to "Always ask".

What phone are you using it on?
Ideally Model and Product Code (7 digit code on IMEI label within phone battery compartment.)

What firmware are you using?
type x#0000# in standby screen.

What is the version of the software?
Check the about screen in OVI Contacts.

If "Login on start-up" is set to "on", then "Network conenction" is reset to "Always ask" on reboot. If "Login on start-up" is "off", it is not reset.
