Tried to use this, installed the support file, installed the ovi contacts, tried to use, gets just past the connecting screen, phone freezes then soft reboots.....

Doesn't work on n96 v12.
I have the same symptoms, have removed/rebooted/reinstalled everything, and it doesn't work since the latest update. Simply soft reboots the N96.
