No Presence info display on N97 Homescreen

Presence worked fine on my N97 with the latest betwlabs version of OVI Contacts.

Contacts 1.2 appeared on Software Update and I wanted it. My first attempt to download and install it failed due to poor network coverage at the end of the download. This messed up Software Update such that it could not install Contacts and from then on only wnet to installing and failed and not downloading again.

Since then I have done a hard reset of my phone (*#7370#) and formatted my E: drive and then OVI Contact 1.2 installed. Now I no presence info displaying on my favourited widget on my homescreen. I have tried deleting my OVI contacts from the standard Contacts screen and re-importing them from OVI Contacts, removing the widget and re-installing it on my Homescreen, Removing my OVI Contacts from my favourites list and adding them back and all of the above in one go.

Also noticed that when I click on my OVI Contacts Homescreen Widget Images I do not get the Chat option displayed either.

What elso can I do?

Is this a known issue?

My phone spec is detailed in my Auto-Signature.

Deleted OVI Contacts information from Address Book (Contacts)
Uninstalled OVI Contacts
Re-booted phone
Opened Software Update
Re-Installed OVI Contacts
Rebooted Phone
Opened OVI Contacts
Removed Account
Re-booted Phone
Opened OVI Contacts
Re-set-up Account
Added OVI Contacts to Address Book (Contacts)
Set Main OVO Contacts as Favourites on Homescreen Widget

All Working Again Now

NOTE// I had also been using Psi to set up Transports on my OVI account for MSN, AIM etc. Don't know if these might have been the cause of teh initial failure. I assume not, but could not guarantee this. Deleting them and the related contacts made no difference to the issue. The only Solve was the Unistall/Re-install procedure detailed above. All of teh Re-boots may not be required, but are good practice.
