Seems like a cool service / app. But again with no support for the 5th Edition devices such as the Nokia 5800. The 5800 was released today even in the UK but still the model isn't even acknowledged by the entire Ovi web service as you can't even register your device because it's not mentioned on the list of models.
Any chance of getting the Contacts on Ovi to support the 5th Edition phones?
Yes, we're working on that. Unfortunately we can't commit on when it's made available.

I think its better like this because if u take a look at the betas section u see many new softwares for 5th edition but nothing for FP1. i think its fair:P

All I can say at the moment is that we're working on it, but can't say specifically when it'll be ready. Hopefully really soon, but the weeks just keep going by pretty quickly when you're busy :-)

well I just recently bought the nokia XM 5800 and I cant wait for no the ovi contacts for the 5th edition to be ready!, my previous phone was an E71 and I was very happy with ovi contacts, I hope that itll be ready soon!
