Confusion - New Version of OVI Contacts (22-SEPT-09)

I have noticed that OVI Contacts shows as update on 22-SEPT-09, but there is no explanation of what has changed.

I then went to download it to see what has changed on my N97 (s60v5) and found that depending on if you click on download client or go to the OVI Contacts site and download from there you get different .sis files.

From OVI Contacts Site link:
Ovi_Contacts_C60_5.0_v1.20.09_N97_UK_English.sis
691kb

From Betalabs site:
OviContacts_for_N97_prd.sis
2217kb

Is it just that the Betalabs version has all languages, whereas the OVI Contacts site link takes you to a smaller location specific version (ie for me in the UK I just get UK English).

The other question still remains though. What has changed in the new version???

On the application download page for S60v5 the following statement is made:

"Download via PC to N97
Download Ovi Contacts mobile client (SIS, 677 KB)"
[ http://betalabs.nokia.com/betas/view/contacts-ovi ]

This is incorrect as the file size is actually 2217kb (as I believe it is a multi-lingual version), whereas the version downloadable direct to mobile linked to via the statement below is only 691kb (I believe this is a single language version):

"Download via mobile
Download and install Ovi Contacts directly to your mobile by typing http://contacts.ovi.com/dist/app into your mobile browser."

So then this is an update for S60v5 only? Not for FP2 phones? When will N85, N79 get Ovi Contacts? And when will N86 get the active standby plugin?
