In the blog post the development team mentioned that they updated both FP1 and FP2 applications, yet I don't see the download anywhere.
Was the client actually updated? Or was the development team just referring to their server side and FP1 changes?

As the version I tried last doesn't work on the N96, I was waiting that it had also been updated on the 5th May, but nothing yet.
@jbernardo: That's interesting -what are the symptoms of not working?
@Jamaal: yes, the update was made. Try downloading it from http://contacts.ovi.com/dist/app too.

I was also unaware of an fp2 update.
No gateway reply with provided link. although on PC it opens but of course reports device not supported.
@christian - it resets the phone (N96). I select the tab in contacts, enter my username and password, and then it shows "Searching for connections" followed by a "connecting using ...", then it resets the phone. That happened with firmware 12.083, and happens still with 20.050. I think I have reported it here already.
