OVI Mail is a web base IMAP email maibox provided by Nokia through their OVI Site.

According to the followin Nokia phone information the N70 is a S60 2nd Edition, Feature Pack 3 device.

On the OVI Contacts page they state the following compatability statement:
Versions available for S60 3rd Edition (all Feature Packs), Series 40, and Maemo.

There is not a compatible version for you phone.
