I'm looking into giving my organization an IM presence, so our customers could easily chat with us when they need help. However, the Ovi Service Terms say the following:
"You agree to:
* Use the Service only for your private, non-commercial purposes;"
I'm assuming that this clause is there simply so people wouldn't start using Ovi Share to host their website's bandwidth intensive pictures, but the way it is written prevents me from using Ovi Contacts as well. Is there anything you can do about this problem, or do you in fact not want businesses to use Contacts either?
