I have Contacts installed in both my n95 and my wife's n95. She's got Maps 2, I've got NM3 beta, and while she can successfully Send "My Location", I can't.
Tried in a number of different situations, with no luck.
Maybe it's something else, though.
After a couple of tries from @office while my wife was somewhere else, I got my mobile sending its location to her. Took going to NM3, setting positioning OFF then ON, then waiting for it to get the current position. Then I sent my wife my location again and it worked.

We're running the capability check based on if you have maps application or not, and this may have a glitch in it, at least that's how it sounds like.
I think we've fixed this, and will be releasing an update soon with the fix in it.

Ive noticed with maps 3.0 and 2.0 sending location via text does not work. So possibly another reason for this problem.
